Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your online purchase. Please carefully read the description and check out the images and material as well, so that you can minimize the risk of the product not fitting correctly.

Even in the physical stores, we will not accept returns. However, size or color changes can be made if they are available. In case they are not available, you can please contact us in the email addresses provided so that we can find a solution. The timeframe for this exchange is 7 days.

To exchange the product, please include the item you are exchanging and all product tags. Items that you want to exchange must be undamaged and still have their original tags . You will find the items that are ineligible for returns or exchanges down below:

Our returns & exchanges policy applies only to orders made through www.uspoloassn.al . Items purchased from physical US Polo Assn. Albania stores are subject to exchange at the original place of purchase and their policies.
